Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kovaistartup Technologies' ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") website, products, or services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Kovaistartup provides the following services:

• Custom software development and consulting
• School Management Application
• PG Management Application
• Store management applications
• Website development services
• AI and automation solutions
• Technical support and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Pricing and Billing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are due as per the agreed payment schedule
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST. Our invoices will include applicable taxes as required by Indian law.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy. Custom development work is generally non-refundable once commenced.

Our IP Rights

All content, software, and materials provided by Kovaistartup are protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights to our proprietary software, methodologies, and know-how.

Custom Development

For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, you own the custom application while we retain rights to underlying frameworks and methodologies.

Your Content

You retain ownership of data and content you provide to us. You grant us a license to use this content solely for providing our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kovaistartup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.

Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• Immediately if required by law

Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding fees and we will provide reasonable assistance in data migration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
